It is actually a detached house in a completely independent building, composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. We can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people, so even two couples with children. a cot for the little ones is always available.
Outside the house in addition to the reserved parking space, there is a private garden with a table for 7 people, where to have lunch or sunbathe during the summer, away from the eyes of the neighbors.
Further qualifying details for the guest are the microwave, gas cooker, electric oven and washing machine. Obviously the wi fi is present and free for our guests. The house has a security door, underfloor heating, air conditioning, a kitchen with all accessories, and a 32 "LCD TV. You will find bed linen and towels waiting for you upon arrival.
The bathroom with window is complete of all the sanitary and of shower box.
Near the CASA ROSSO VENEZIANO TOURIST ACCOMMODATION there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants as well as a sports center with swimming pools, tennis and wellness facilities, 200 meters away.

Apartments do not provide breakfast or daily cleaning.
The check in is from 16.00 to 20.30, in case of different times the customer is required to contact the property in advance, otherwise it will not guarantee the reception.
To check -in go to Via Forte Gazzera 35 at the CasaRossoVeneziano (700 meters from the CASA ROSSO VENEZIANO TOURIST ACCOMMODATION) with key collection
Immediately we are accompanied to the house and, after checking the accommodation, signed the contract, we see each other again at the start.
We kindly ask you to communicate the expected time of arrival or any delays so as to ensure our presence at the time of your arrival

If the guest, despite the PROHIBITION, smokes will have to pay the cost of washing the furnishings equal to € 150.00 which will be charged separately.
CONDITIONS:
Terms of payment
1) on confirmation of booking, pay the full amount by credit card (non-refundable at the best rate or refundable at the cancellation conditions below)
2) upon confirmation of booking, pay the full amount by bank transfer (non-refundable at the best rate or refundable at the cancellation conditions below)
3) at the time of booking you pay a deposit equal to 50% of the amount of the stay (including cleaning fee) and at check in, you pay the balance in cash or credit card
4) if agreed before, at the time of check in, pay the full amount by cash or credit card
Cancellation and / or waiver of the stay: in case of cancellation of the stay by the customer, the communication must be received by telephone or email; We will try to do our best to meet the needs of the customer by moving the booking but if this is not possible, we will proceed as follows:
In case of NON-REFUNDABLE the amount will be entirely withheld
In case of refundable booking:
- For cancellations received within the 15th day before the arrival no penalty; the deposit paid will be fully refunded.
- For cancellations received between the 14th day and the expected date of arrival will be applied a penalty of 50% of the total amount agreed.
- In case of "No Show" (non-arrival) the full amount of the stay will be due.
Early departure: any changes must be communicated promptly before arrival; if the customer decides to anticipate the departure during the stay before the established date, he will still have to pay the amount of the indoor stay.
The competent court for any disputes is that of Venice.
